Peer Support Volunteers Needed

Postby Connie Lee » Wed Mar 13, 2013 2:35 pm

Angioma Alliance is in need of peer support volunteers, particularly those who have been living with or had surgery for a SPINAL CAVERNOUS ANGIOMA. Peer support volunteers provide one-on-one support via phone or email to folks who are recently diagnosed or who are facing a decision point in their illness. Volunteers receive training from our peer support coordinator. You are always free to turn down a referral. We ask that volunteers be at least 2 years from diagnosis. Peer support volunteers provide one of the most important services that Angioma Alliance offers.

If you are interested, please visit ... _form2.htm, and complete and submit the volunteer form.

Thanks so much for your help.
