Has anyone tried doing a diet that strengthens blood vessels?

Does anyone know if a cavernoma can affect mood or mental health/focus?

Thank you guys!

I'm not sure what kind of diet that would be. I'm very cautious of supplements... And I try to avoid them mostly. I eat a mostly organic, lots of fruits and veggies, no chemical diet.
Yes, depending on the location an angioma can affect all of those things..mostly issues arise as a result of a bleed, or growth or oozing of the angioma.
Diagnosed September '09 with one CM centered in the right insular cortex/basal ganglia. Saw many, many doctors and had surgery 12/10/10 with Dr. Spetzler. I am thrilled to have this bleeding thing out of my head even though I suffered a stroke during surgery. Have had/ continue to make an amazing recovery.

As far as strengthening blood vessel walls, a biochemist told me that the following supplements can help:
  • L-Proline and L-Lysine - “building blocks” that work together (like microscopic twine) to strengthen blood vessel walls.
  • Bio-Flavonoid Complex
  • Vitamin C - works like “glue” with the L-Proline and L-Lysine and Bio-Flavonoid Complex to strengthen blood vessel walls.
