MRI Results ok?

Postby Sarale » Thu Dec 20, 2018 9:30 am

Hi,

I had MRI because of dizziness, degraded hearing & tinnitus in one ear.
The MRI shows cavernoma in the Nuclei basale on the left side.
12 mm, no signs of fresh bleeding.
A neurologist i went to said that "there is no evidence to organic neurological problem".
He did not relate to the cavernoma at all.
Should I seek a second opinion?

Thanks!

Hi Sarale,
Yes, it would be a good idea to ask for a second opinion. It probably will not affect the treatment, but it could help with understanding your symptoms and making a plan going forward. Where are you located? We may be able to help with a referral.

I have found someone.
Will share the results here when I get them.

Thank you!
