You are invited to hear Mr Neil Kitchen, Consultant Neurosurgeon, discussing Why Surgical Excision of a Cavernoma May Not Always Be a Good Idea. The CaverHub is part of International Brain Awareness Week that runs from the 14-19 March 2011 (check out the Dana Foundation website, the international organisers of brain awareness week). We also have the Brain and Spine Foundation give a talk about their work and then our speaker, who will be pleased to answer any questions.

The lecture takes place on Saturday 19 March 2011 in the Old Boardroom, National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Queen Square, London WC1N 3BG between 10:00 and 13:00 hrs. The admission is free and refreshments will be provided courtesy of the Hospital.

This CaverHub is going to be a popular event. Please come along and support CA UK and our Senior Medical Adviser, Mr Neil Kitchen who is giving up his time to talk to us. Please RSVP to me by 1 March to secure a place. Email me on

I look forward to seeing you then.
