Political Campaign in Canada

Hello fellow Canadian,

As I approach my 1 year anniversary of my first diagnosed bleed, I am starting to realize how little people know about this disease. Now knowing I have the genetic version of the disease I am starting to realize that therefore each of my four children have a 50% of having this disease as well.

As the main focus of the Angioma Alliance is to create awareness, I think it is about time that we Canadians start our campaign to bring forth awareness.

I have started to write my member of parliament in Ottawa and encourage you to do the same.

The list of members of parliament can be found below.

Please urge with your member of parliament that more money has to be made available for research and education and public awareness about this disease. Stress that your quality of life(and perhaps your actual life itself) is on the line, and maybe even that of your children.

Shortly I will make a request to address the provincial levels as well.

Thank you for trying to convince the political field that more help is needed.

God Bless,
